@NightmareTribe Actually, they did nerf it for Nintendo Switch for the joycon controller. If you go to settings>controller, then go down to the advanced settings where target compensation used to be you will find it is now grayed out. You can tell when using the joycon and motion control it is much harder to keep the reticle on the enemy during your shots.
When you plug a pro controller into the switch you will find it is no longer grayed out and you can click advanced and then target compensation to turn on aim assist. I guess they felt gyroscope players had an unfair advantage. It's been harder for me to get hits now without the aim assist.
The reason I mention this is it could be the beginning of tweaking the aim assist (or as apex calls it "target compensation") on other systems as well. More changes could be coming.
