Why can’t Respawn put out an official statement as to removing animated banners, so you don’t crash every rank game, only to come back often dead after reconnecting. That being said, I don't have one on, but teammates often do, so I'm screwed either way.

I also play with an animated banner, Xbox series X and I’ve only crashed maybe 3-4 times over the whole course of this issue. BUT ALL of my friends on the old gen consoles are still crashing twice every single game and that’s *. It needs fixed, it’s obviously being localized mainly for older consoles and that’s not a reason to excuse the issue.. it needs addressed, we shouldn’t be finding these issues before the game makers do, that’s a joke and a slap in the face to them(my pride would be crushed if this was my game right now) See in my work, bad production costs you your livelyhood and a lot of missed Money because I’m hired and contracted to meet certain requirements. Coming from that type of work watching this game have all these issue that are minor fixes I’d imagine, is just mind blowing. Why has game making become so half assed!? It’s sad and disappointing
Okay, well after further testing it seems like the disconnects happen with certain legends and not with others.
I used 3 different Banner Poses as LOBA, and had NO issues.
when using Lifeline & DrumSolo Pose, I WAS disconnected.
when using Pathfinder & ForTheBirds Pose, I WAS disconnected
also had a teammate using a Bloodhound Animated Pose, who WAS disconnected.
When playing with my boyfriend, he was disconnected by the Champion Squad Intro Screen who was using Octane, & the HeadRush Pose. However I was NOT disconnected. (I’m on XBOX ONE X, & he is using an XBOX ONE S)
As I don’t have every Legends Animated Poses unlocked, I couldn’t test any others.

The reason I do it is it is logged by respawn as an issue, every time. If there are less dc then they will put less effort into fixing it qed.

It’s just a joke at this point, always has been to this company always will be. Their a trash publisher With a just as bad dev team it seems, I left this game after season 3 because all the issues with servers and botched “elite” system and come back to find outs it still has the same old issues and elites been renamed “ranked”. SHAMEFUL
How is it even possible to crash with an animated banner?
Is literally every single player playing on potato shoved in a toaster or what?
No animated banners, or pose, 1st game of rank, disconnected at the beginning, and the end.
2nd game of rank, no animated banners, or pose on the entire team, disconnected on legend selection screen, came back to lost RP and a leaving penalty.
I’m done with rank, and most likely the game until there’s significant changes done by Respawn.
I’d be humiliated if I was a Respawn employee, especially when they acknowledge the disconnects have been fixed.
