Why can’t Respawn put out an official statement as to removing animated banners, so you don’t crash every rank game, only to come back often dead after reconnecting. That being said, I don't have one on, but teammates often do, so I'm screwed either way.

Tonight apart from the usual dc at the beginning and the end of matches (ranked) there was a new twist. A dc after about 2 minutes into the game. What seemed to trigger it initially and in a subsequent test, was going into the squad menu to look at my team mates stats, leading to an immediate dc. Needless to say I didn't do it again and things returned to the new normal 😃
Xbox london server. I can't post a clip as xbox only records while games are active, so all it would show is me re-entering the game not the dc.

Hey there sorry to revive this week old thread. My friend and I had to remove all our animated banner poses so that we don't get kicked out of the server. This is the first time that we've done this since we're playing with a friend on PC. We didn't have this problem before when we were playing on console lobbies. Is this issue exclusively happening on PC lobbies? I'm not sure if removing our banners actually solved the problem but we didn't get disconnected after doing that. Is this issue solved already? A minor inconvenience but it's still annoying.
@Cheese9Man xbox 1s here and dc is alive and kicking in ranked tonight. Don't tell @hayhor but I still haven't changed my setup. If a fix has been implemented, it dosnt universally work.
However something is happening. Over the last few days some games skip over the initial squad introduction screen and the champion screen, at the start of a game. You effectively start, after a short wait, in the drop ship. For the most part these games run fine. Just 1 dc that I can remember.
Skipping the legend select and champion screen has been my problem for literally months now.
Don’t mind me looking at this nice view while you pick your legends. LOL.
Same. I guess they rolled out that feature late to the London servers. 😃
@Cheese9Man there's a few lovely views to take in😃, but I seemed to get a full 7 seconds in drop ship most times.
@pandareno1999 London server here usually too, but played Amsterdam tonight as ping was same. Feature has been over last few days so both servers. But it is intermittent, so probably not a feature just a blip, but a blip that works imo.
First time I'd try is take the 2 screens out of the game and work back from there. Only issue is if legend choice clashes and suddenly Wraith is Gibraltar in ranked 😮. Maby a simple legend 123 choice could be implemented to overcome that.
