Once you’re tier 3 in any rank
You should only be paired with players who are tier 3 or higher, no more diamond, plat, gold players who are tier 3,2,1 being with paired with people who are tier 4
why? Because they’ve got nothing to lose, they can’t de rank any further so a lot of the times those players just think “screw it” and try to push every fight and start charging into battle after we’ve just dropped and there’s still 19 squads left
if your team only consisted of people who are tier 3 and above then everyone has something to lose then so everyone’s more likely to work together, play strategically and play for the win rather than just treating every ranked game like pubs
