One player in queue issue

I can't play the game it just sits at one player in queue and never changes. I uninstalled the game, restarted it, checked the internet through the Xbox. It's been like this for weeks. Does anyone kn...

Hi @jokersoblivion. 

I'm wondering if we're looking at a connection issue rather than a problem with the game data itself. Let's run through some troubleshooting here to see if that helps. 

First, can you try the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. If it keeps happening after that I'd also recommend checking out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still having any of the same issues after that.
