I'm playing battle royale trios and I'm winning too easily and getting bored. The reason is most players are bot accounts running in circles or looking at the ground. Sometimes there's a few squads of them bunched together. I usually get to the top 2 and win and it's making me want to play other games now.
No I'm not bragging, it really feels like 95% of all players in a match are bots, even my own teammates sometimes.
This has sadly enough been a thing for a while now, bots were mostly used in mixtape, though it seems like they are running them in the BR playlist in more recent times.
Definitely has become an issue, lots of bots get banned here and there, lots of new bots are created.
This is one of the main issues that a F2P game can encounter, many other games have had (or still have) issues with bots, a good example of this is Team Fortress 2.
I know that the security team is always looking into this issue, though these things aren't that easy to fix from what I know.
Maybe someday this won't be a big issue anymore, though I do hope it won't become worse overtime,
