Why is no one talking about how hackers can easily change their tag and remain undetected? E.A add some phone verification please

Yeah cause it is nearly impossible to get SIM cards to verify accounts just like 2 weeks ago all you guys thought it was impossible to get around a hardware ban please get over this hacking will always be a part of pc
We should also have an account code also next to our name also so that if name changes are made and we report they cannot dodge the report.
