Party memebber preprocessing

My friend has had a bug that doesnt allow him to play with us. We queue and it just says party member preprocessing and we cant get into a game. We have tried everything, restarting his and our games...

Hey all, if seeing this issue can you all check to see what NAT type you have?

You often see this issue if someone has NAT type 3.

  I'm still having this issue, my NAT type is 2 but I still can't ready up or get into a game. I am writing this after having tried everything I possibly could have.

    I doubt this is the problem in your case but did you check if your account is banned? Can you use the other modes?
