[PC] Can we please get a FPS slider for lobby/menu?

Like the title says. Since you introduced the 60FPS cap with the DX12 version of the game it just feels wrong when you're used to 140+ FPS ingame. Also makes everything you do in the lobby/pre match (e.g. opening packs, viewing animations) less satisfying.

I know this is intentional but some people have 700$ GPUs for a reason. So can we please get a FPS slider for menu/lobby FPS? Other games have that option too so why not here?
