PC Players in Console Pubs

They had 0.6 AA on keyboard and mouse then? If so - all such accounts should be permanently banned for intentionally exploiting game bugs. The question is whether it won't be the same here again - "but they buy in our store..." I hope not :)
I just want mods or apex devs to post how this works. I came across it again tonight (champion squad all PC players). That's grossly unfair as you can do many things console players just can't. And it shows.
Is this due to falling player numbers and this is how it makes up a lobby now or is it something else? Just give us an answer. Silence does you no favours.
