@hayhorActually yes you are meant to hang around until the bitter end. That's why its called a team. No disrespect, because I do agree with somethings you said. But it must be really cool to be judge and jury over who is worthy and not to play with you. You must be a spectacularly good player.

@i-Norm I have no sense of team or loyalty with my randoms in pubs. They might as well be NPC's 99% of the time so I'm quitting to lobby when it is a lost cause.

If I'm in a premade party playing with people I know, I'll stick around.
