Please help me，I am unable to locate my game data."

I've been play this game for several years.And several weeks ago I found that my Steam keeps showing that the security credentials have expired.And I tried many ways,but they couldn't solve my problem.This game is my favorite FPS, but I am unable to log in.Initially, I thought there was an issue with the Steam linkage. However, upon checking with my EA account, I discovered that the connection between Steam and EA had been severed and could not be reestablished. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I have yet to receive a response.Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? I kindly ask for your advice on this matter.
