Please help me to play Apex again.
Well, I just want to ask if I still be able to download apex again and play on a new account?
Here is the case:
I have not played apex few months start from season 4. I decide to play apex again but my account has been banned due to cheat. So, I asked EA if they are able to check again on my case since they are be able to detect IP, etc. However, they said "We did not do anything wrong, you cheat and you getting banned". To be honest, I don't know how tell to EA or the whole community about this situation since no one would believe me.
Now, I just want to know if I be able to create a new account and play this game once again.

- @CuSieuBuChan You’ll have to continue to appeal the ban. You can file multiple appeals. Look for as much information as possible that proves your account was compromised. From what I have heard you need to be persistent and patient with the appeals process. Below is a link to the appeals process.
AHQ can’t do much for you, no one here has access to the information surrounding your ban or the ability to do anything about it. The best we can do is try and guide you in the right direction.
If you do manage get your account unbanned use 2 factor authentication on your account and strong passwords so that you’re not in this position again.
