Possible False Ban – ACE Anti-Cheat Conflict
Hi everyone, My Apex Legends account (created July 2025) was permanently banned on May 19, 2026 for “modifying gameplay attributes.” I believe this may be a false positive caused by a conflict with Delta Force ACE, installed in April 2026 with its anti-cheat. The ban happened while ACE was installed. I uninstalled it immediately, and a new Apex account on the same PC has since played ~10 matches (~3.5 hours) without any issues. I have never used cheats, scripts, or unauthorized software. The timing suggests a false detection, possibly triggered by ACE interacting with Apex’s anti-cheat system. My main account has 340 hours played, ~2000 RMB spent, and rare items like heirlooms and legendary skins, making it very important to me. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Any advice on how to get EA to review potential false bans would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Update: One of the players who was playing with me on the day of the sanction was also penalized at the same time for association-related reasons. His account has since been restored after review. I understand this does not automatically prove my case, but it makes me believe the events surrounding those matches may deserve another manual review. I am only asking for a fair investigation and verification of the evidence used in my sanction.
