Hey, Aljo, thanks for the link! Unfortunately, this too has failed. I keep getting the error that a case was not created due to encountered issues. It tells me to try again in a few hours, but I've been trying for several days with no success. Tried different browsers, devices, networks, etc. to no success.

    Make sure you're logged in to the account that has received the ban. You can also try opening a case as a guest without signing in.
