Problems with a purchase

I purchased the Apex Season X Battle Pass through Steam. WeChat Pay was successful, and my Steam wallet shows the transaction as completed, but the in-game item has not been credited. I have tried restarting the game and the platform, and my linked account is correct.And i have no access to any foreign page such as twitch . that's all what can i do. fk game
