Those emails are not getting glossed over. When a dispute is submitted, a human from ToS investigates the account. If they can't find any evidence the ban was given in error, it will remain in place.
That's entirely my point, they don't directly contact anyone to find out or discuss any details about the situation. I don't know what happened while my account was hacked and now I just need to accept the result as final? There needs to be other ways to deal with these situations other than "We decided you don't deserve to be unbanned" when I personally 1000% never cheated. I don't know what other details they would have needed within those 3 appeals that could have helped overturn it. I explained the full situation and they deemed it to be not enough. It's a totally one sided argument that makes it feel like they are against you. The only replies given feel like a huge middle finger saying deal with it because we don't care enough. No matter where I go to get actual solutions they all say do this one thing and if that doesn't work then you're screwed.

The ToS team does a thorough investigation. After 3 of these, they are confident the right decision was made. I'm very sorry to say, there is nothing else we can do for you. The ban will not be lifted.

Then that's me done with any EA games, support is clearly not good enough. I had to play on the Asian servers where it is absolutely rife with hackers then this BS happens. Good job!
