@dunnskiesssYour best bet is to contact the EA TOS department, you can do that at the link below. AHQ can’t do much more for you with regards to the ban. I don’t believe any of us have access to the information regarding the ban.

I would file an appeal and explain the situation. It might take a while to get a response. Good luck on the appeal, I hope they can help you fet things sorted out.

Thank you for the input!! I have started a case for it and I'm waiting for them to get back to me.
If I lose my heirlooms Imma be so sad. I was so close to getting to 500 and tbh this is just messing with me
