PS4 download is super slow

I have high speed LAN internet connection and used to be downloaded new season in 15-30 minutes max, but now it show me 3-4 hours ??!! Anybody has the same issue ?

@asukojo Playing a game while trying to download slows it down significantly. Always reboot and let the update run.
