Q&A about the R99..
My main question is how.. I have tried this gun multiple times just to find out that it is a piece of trash.. I have stood point blank at a gun looting and unloaded 2 full 30 round clips into aomeo...

Do you have a video of your gameplay?
Without that, and just based on what you're saying, I think u arent hitting as many shots as you think u are.
Even if there is some hit registration issues, you have tried it out multiple times, so it would just suggest to me you aren't landing the shots.
R99 is one of the best guns in the game.
I hate the gun, and the guy wasnt moving till the very end of the clip after realizing hes being shot. But out of all the times i have used this gun it has never EVER... bla-bla-blap split second killed someone instantly like i have had done to be so many times..

- Either you missed almost every shot or something was off with your connection... cause if you're standing point blank range and shooting that weapon, I'm assuming you were shooting someone in the back, that guy shouldn't even have the time to react if he has anything less than blue shield. Blue shield = he can still jump but if you're aim's on him, he'll not even make it to the peak of the jump. Purple/gold armor = he can turn around and actually get some shots off...
I even made a clip of how I approached a gibraltar who was inside a house. Opened the door and the gibraltar was facing my direction. I got the first shot in him and basically all he could do was attempt a jump, but before he was even midway he was already dead. As I said, without video of your gameplay, I can only assume you aren’t landing your shots.
Because hes standing still for some of the clip, doesn’t mean u hit him =s
The R99 is among the best guns in the game.
