QoL: Ability to continue running while typing in chat

Its simple and helps a lot. You run, open chat, and your character continues to run straight while you finish typing, close chat, and repress W

On console if i want to run whilst i type...

> start sprinting

> open map

> hold touchpad to open text to speech

> type "stick together"

> exit back to screen
