Some programs like Overwolf are allowed, the devs themselves said so, but tbh I don't really see the benefit of that program.

Yeah, you would be taking a risk with anything that needs to be drawn over the game. Especially if it's installed on your PC. My monitor has built in crosshair's, can't be seen or screenshotted except by me physically. Doesn't really help a whole lot though unless the crosshair in-game is terrible.
