R-99 Is not balanced by any means

@deezuglynutz You are either trolling or you need to "git gud". R99 is fine, volt beats it in every way except the fire rate. R99 mid to long range is bad because of the aggressive recoil while volt is better all around. Neither the volt nor the r99 can compete with r301 in mid-long range because of the better accuracy and smaller recoil of r301 and also cuz 301 is an assault rifle meant to be decent at range while r99 and volt are smgs meant to shred at close-range and suck at mid-long range. If you see someone beaming moving targets at 100+ meters with r99, be sure to report him cuz he's most likely cheating.
