The meta has slowly shifted further toward CQ though over the seasons but thats BECAUSE of the strength of the r99 and mastiff combo.
Any squad that camps up in a building has a caustic and a squad of shotties, people actually run at you just to close distance to use the masiff, i just try and gice myself a bit of wiggle room these days, squads think i run cos scared, nope just trying to negate their 5 foot cq ONLY tactic.
