R-99 Melts

So have discovered since last patch the 99 is the gun that literally melts armor in seconds. Looked back at kills on me and using it myself.

The gun is a joke and ruins the balance of the game.

@aisthebestletter I don't know that it is/does. I prefer the Devotion or even Havoc. So long as I get it spooled up before I go into the fight or have a turbo I typically win the fight. the R-99 unloads its clips so quickly that you can't miss. If I jump around a bit you're probably going to miss, toss in that the Devotion is the highest DPS gun the game..
