Rank seem incorrect for a new acc.

1. I used to play on the launch in 2019 but from a different account (it was hacked and got banned in Apex). So now I'm playing from a fresh account that I've created in march 2023 for the Apex specifically.
2. Playing from Ukraine so Europe.
3. Can't say that I was that successful in those games. Current K/D is 78/104. Attached a screenshot with the stats.
4. No rookie, it was Plat 2 right away before I even played a single match. And from that it just adjusts normally.

@hayhorthe "perks" of having a rigged Ranksystem. Would not happen in traditional and (most important!) transparent Systems that are known to work pretty much flawless.
It might be also not the typical Smurph one experiences , but the game not presenting the rank as it should ... if this is a bug or on intention i dont know ... respawn is not really famous for telling the whole truth and certain  exploitable "bugs" keep on reappearing every 2-3 seasons, thats rather on intention imho.

@hayhoras is said , i dont believe in too much what respawn officially announces, starting with broken promises and ending in phony blogposts about the Matchmaking that already have been debunked by Dataminers.
Also the ever reappearing rank penalty disappearing (this happens quite often , i encountered it at least 6-7 times over several seasons ...) all of a sudden without any updates surrounding and being reinstated in the matter of hours if i post smth about it ... seems quite funny and doesnt really look like a bug but rather on intention.
There also wont be a developer that spills the beans due to hefty NDAs and the risk of not being hired by a major studio anymore.
The entertainment industry has quite a history in rigging shows to please the crowd (Wrestling anyone ?!?!). To give one famous example :

Worked in the Browsergames Industry some years ago, rigging the playfield was part of the Job ... if a good paying customer didnt do to well , we had to make him doing well to keep the money flowing ...

The world has come a long ways since the 1950's.

Wrestling is not rigged and never was, however that circus that is called WWF and etc have always been a show and less a competitive match. 

Providing bad examples doers not strengthen an argument it just makes it laughable. 

This thing going on right now is a bug and is being looked into. 

The game is not rigged. Prove me wrong if you can.

And yea , we've come a long way since the 50ies ... the way of manipulating and fooling the customer has gotten way more sophisticated since then.
You have to admit, its very funny that the rank penalty goes on vacation every second midseason just to reappear when smb points it out.
The big secrecy about the hidden MMR ... its the lack of transparency that fuels speculations about the system being tampered with, also the way they rewarded you with Rankpoints in Arenas, -100 for a loss and +12 for a win when my teammate had very different points rewarded for the same match but less dmg less kills , same rank ...
They explain it would be abused if they would make it public, but on the other Hand nearly nothing is done about the ways People abused the system anyway, like farming weaker Regions, Ping abuse, boosting ect.
The issue at hand might be due to some bug ... in the maze of manipulative algorithms the system might consist of.
The Call for transparency isnt new, its been there since they introduced the Ranksystem and still not being answered to a satisfying extend.
"Compete against similar skilled opponents" and over 90% of the sky is full with all colors of divetrails madequite some of my IRL friends quit Apex bcs they felt pretty much cheated.
Freind didnt touch his Account in months even years, now his banner card shows 300mio DMG ?!?!
