Ranking System-earning badges and frames

Can we change the ranking system in Apex legends? It is difficult to reach the "apex predator" rank. The banner, frames, and badges look really cool. I wish that 99% of the apex legend community can reach this rank to obtain this cool stuff. However, in order to reach the apex predator rank, there are some limitations to it. For instance, a player have to be within rank 750 or below. To reach rank #750, we have to earn rank points (rp). It is difficult, in a sense, to earn rp when they get deducted as a currency to get in the rank playlist. As I watch some well-known streamers on twitch play in the apex predator rank playlist, they are farming for rp to reach the #1 rank. There is a certain website that provides insights about who is in the apex predator rank. Some players obtained at least 15,000 rank points to stay within the apex predator rank. The top three have at least 40,000 rank points. This puts a strain on other players who wants to achieve and obtain the apex predator frame and badges. Can we change this system? It is competitive, yet most players are really interested in earning this frame and badges. Please make it easy to obtain it. Thank you.
