Account hacked! Heirloom shards spent

I sign in to play apex legends. I load into a game and didn't pick my champ. I load in as wraith. using a skin I never use and I panicked when I realized I had an heirloom. I have never owned an heir...

@canteendylan afaik there is nothing that can be done to get the spent shards back. Did you have 2 factor authentication on?
The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as having been hacked. If you feel you have been hacked, the only thing you can do is follow the steps in this article:

FYI it might be as good idea to immediately turn on 2 factor authentication on your account, if you haven't already, and change your EA and account associated email password.

You need to learn to secure your accounts, passwords, and all that.

This is on you. Your computer or what ever device is or was compromised, or you use the same user/password/email you use on other sites that were hacked or compromised.

Lesson learned the hardway

1. Enable 2FA on EVERYTHING

2. Use a password manager and change all your passwords to different ones.
