my issues with the game are things that could be fixed, i am still hoping they give every account 1 free(even if it was $20 to be able to get heirloom shards in replacement for actually being able to choose my heirloom is a deal i would take)

still having fun but that unwanted heirloom is still sitting there mocking me :P would feel much better to have an heirloom i actually want

here's hoping i can get a fuse get's a replica of his golden grenade and i can actually have it instead of that bloodhound heirloom i dont want

Agree with a lot of things here. Can't relate with the heirloom thing though since I still don't have one after 2 years. LOL! As for the Overwatch comparison, I still think they should move to the Free to Play format and you can definitely see the lack of players recently having 15+mins queue times. Honestly, I don't think that OW2 will make a significant impact. 

If they fix these minor problems that are lingering throughout multiple seasons and have stable servers, Apex will be the biggest and definitely the best BR in the long run. For now, they really need to work on that. As I've said before, at its core apex is still a great game but dear god please fix these small issues in the game. It took them weeks to fix for a single animated banner pose to somehow disconnect people and even some people still experience this. 

@Cheese9Mani love the idea of heirlooms they are unique and interesting and i get why they are so sought after i just wish i was allowed to choose mine because how rare they are i just feel duped that i didnt get a choice which honestly makes me less interested in spending money because i feel duped, i do think the issues overwatch is going through doesnt have to do with it being a game you need to buy it has a lot of other issues but you could be right no one wants to wait 15 minutes for a match i just wish it was an option to pay for the game and get apex packs every level

just something feels so good about opening them.......until you get a bunch of whites and blues 😛 but i do miss the excitement of opening them.

i do think apex is the best BR already even with the servers, but i just imagine how much better it would be with stable servers, it could be bigger than pretty much anything else

sure i am salty about the heirloom..........but i want my heirloom :P at least i didnt get wraith's since i never use her, at least i occasionally use bloodhound

hopefully you get an heirloom of your choice soon, gibby's heirloom(i assume you main gibby) looks so good, best heirloom in the game imo

@Swarth2300you complain about the server in 1 sentence and then dedicate 10+ to talk about heirlooms... sure that is your viewpoint and it has a place to be.

At the same time this indicates "the market trend" and (unfortunately) I see this way too often in this game - people are focused so much on heirlooms, badges, and visuals than the game itself.

That begs a question - given "limited resources" why on earth should Respawn do something different than they are now = focusing all the attention to micro-transactions, game visuals?! Why fix servers if people will still complain about lost badges, missing heirlooms, not being able to get dive-trails, etc...

I would LIKE to enjoy the game but everytime I get teammates 90% of the cases they do nothing or yell at u bc they can't play and rush to get downed. I mean how can a gamer be so dumb like that? The last time I downed 2 of 3 solo (bc both were down) but the worst part ist that one of my mates was so far away where the enemy loba could use her finisher so she had her shields back up and me? I had only 3% life left no shields or whatever  bc I had to get two of his mates (and to add: I am a gold player so I can't carry people even if I wanted to).

It's so frustating because most of the gamer don't know the word "TEAMWORK" ffs. It's really hard to enjoy the game if you have almost everyday those player who wants to be a crackhead but in the end they are at fault bc the whole team is killed, just because of their stupid ego.

@Swarth2300just few minutes ago I finished in silver ranked as champions playing solo, but the question is if I won because I was good, or if it was because I played Wraith, or if it was because one of my squad members had 7 kills and the other 7 asists, or is it because I overclocked my gpu slightly more and played on 1080p instead of 900p, or is it because I drank an energy drink (which I drink once every month or so).

Perhaps they all played part, perhaps the enemies were weaker this game.

It was quite fun honestly, apart from top 5 to 4 where I got sniped by a sniper squad, but luckily to my calculations they got doomed because another squad attacked them.

I wish all of you same luck and decent squadmates just as I had this game. And no lags. 🙂

@damsonwhufndthis The game is so much more fun when teammates do stuff, help out and such. Nothing triggers me more than teammates without a shoot button in a FPS, especially while you're fighting and they allow a Wattson to literally flank your cover, through the open(!!), and letting her down you without shooting one single bullet at her, despite them being behind me and must've seen her unless they play a FOV on 3.
I usually find that one teammate who does +700-800 dmg is enough for a good shot at winning and having a fun game, despite how little the 3rd one does. Like this game:

but this thread is about enjoying the game, and frankly I'm having quite the blast despite getting some bad teammates well, it is what it is, I at congratulate myself for downing a guy before dying, because that basicaly should be already enough job done

I find Arenas in perticular to be more fun than BR, firstly because of how fast the game ends you still get pretty good amount of EXP (I care about that), and it eleminates the RNG from ground loot so you can either get a random weapon or be a sweaty tryhard and pick one of your best guns and totally demolish the enemy team

I for example tend to run RE45 first round, than whatever I feel fancy, if the enemy is tryharding with good guns and starts winning,  I simply do the same and outmatch them most of the time, if we win, I grab a weapon that I wanna try, and it's a great oppertunity to get the hang of guns you don't usually use when you're winning and the enemy is bad

and lastly since arenas don't take long time, you won't find yourself playing for long with bad teammates even if they are stalling
