Yeah but that doesn't account for the apex packs opened after you hit level 100 before the level update back in december {or when ever it was}. So the number of pack opening is going to be greatly reduced in that tracker. It may say your 50% when really your more close to 60 or 70%
It would be nice since Respawn has the proper numbers to give us. A Number of packs icon in red under the Apex Coins when you view what its in each pack would be nice.
With a reset tracker when you do get the Heirloom shards. And maybe a N/A when you have gotten all the heirlooms since you don't have any more to unlock / get.
