Hi @Chebkek,
The emails usually are correct. You could check-in with the customer support team to double-check what the ban duration might be. They won't be able to make any changes to the ban for you but they may be able to see a time-length so you know what to expect. If they can't see that information, they'll help you by escalating it to Terms of Service to verify.
