Did you bought before or after the patch ?

In another world, did you bought when it looks white or when it looks blue ?

If you bought when looks :

1. White: You will get refunded since some player like it white and respawn change it to blue.

So everybody who bought it before patch get refunded.

2. Blue: Sorry to hear that, can't be refunded, be very carefull next time.

@asukojoI bought the skin the day the event started. How do I request a refund?

@Sudaslayr17 They should already refund you, check your craft/coins.
You keep the blue skin.

@Sudaslayr17 From my understanding the coins should just appear. It may take a pack being opened for them to show up. There are plenty of free packs each season so I'd just wait for one of them if this is the case

@asukojo I still have the skin. I bought it with materials. I had 600 and since the skin was worth 800 I should have 1400. The problem is that I don't have that 1400 combined amount
