You should still be able to use the battle pass as long as it was purchased after you linked the account. You'll just be starting over.
No I didn’t buy it, but next season I would purchase a legend if I can

Since you're starting over, whatever you purchase now should be fine. It just won't transfer if you unlink and link to a different account.

Your level remains, but everything else is reset.
Ok, then when I’ll be able to get in to the legends menu ? For now it skips to clan from the main

Normally, yes. You should be able to, but there's an issue currently preventing this. It's currently being investigated, but I don't have an ETA on a fix.
- @pirasfrancesco Yeah unfortunately this bug is impacting a ton of players now. I have had this annoying bug for 4 weeks now. There is another thread that is now 3+ month old and people still don't have access to anything except play and clubs. It is frustrating that this bug has been "under investigation" for months and there has been no other updates.
