Not recieving my battle-pass rewards!

I bought my battlepass ultimate on 3/27/25 and i receive all of my battlepass rewards EXCEPT for my skins. Neither skins for legends or weapons are being recieved to my account even though it says i have them unlocked and owned. I go back to my legends to equip the skins and they arent there.

Verified_Llama When you had bought the Battle Pass, did you happen to buy the "Ultimate+ Battle Pass Upgrade", (which is the middle one shown in the image below)?

If you did, that version of the pass only upgrades the Ultimate Battle Pass to the Ultimate+ Battle Pass, (as such, it doesn't unlock the Premium Battle Pass track itself).

Verified_Llama Could you share a screenshot of the skins that aren't showing up in the legend locker, and a screenshot of the Battle Pass track itself, (where it shows what version of the Battle Pass is owned)?

Verified_Llama If the issue with EA Support was that they couldn't confirm the purchase, that's only because they cannot see purchases made through other platforms, (much like how Xbox can't check what you had bought on PlayStation and so on).
