i had the joy of being carried by 2 of them teamed up today.Win win. Just not for Apex. I left pubg for this same reason. I have nothing invested here sooo. I will give it a little time and if it stays so rampant. I'll be out!

It will stay rampant and you will be out. I don't believe Respawn will change from anti-cheat very soon or implement harder ban system. Banned cheaters are able to create new accounts and still cheating in game, so wait for more cheaters. 

Lol cheating is running rampant look at this video this guy is aimboting and wall hacking. I wat h the video and misses way to many shots to be useing an aimbot looks like a good player to me with high quality gaming headset but I guess that qualifies as cheating. I am sure there are cheaters but noobs crying wolf is getting old

Just watched a guy down our whole squad with 5 shots through smoke in about 8 seconds flat, and that was with me behind a pillar and him just standing upright like a total noob not moving plinking everyone. Name was Waffles something...I dunno , I was too disgusted to stick around.

Sadly, this game is already oozing with hackers. Just google it, you will find the losers promoting them everywhere.

After over 20 years of gaming, the only real anticheat system I ever saw was from BlackBart with Invisible Warriors(IW) called Missionary during my MOHAA era.

If you go read some of these cheating forums, these guys really get off on this stuff, reverse engineering everything to find ways to hack the games, and its all right there in

print.

Funny how no one ever seems to go after the source of the hacks and their websites.  If they were made examples of, it may stem the tidal wave of hackers every time a new

game comes out. And therein lies the biggest problem, no one is ever held accountable.

Actually yeah, just started to record all matches with the Nvidia Geforce Exp in game, think more people should as well 🙂

Yeah its over. Already lost 5 out of 7 in our group. And I have to agree. 150 hours. I'm level 92. The cheaters get worse every day. I come to vent on the forums every couple days and its just not fun now. It's fun for maybe 1 or 2 legit battles that can be had in a round.. before being insta-gibbed by all knowing, super humanly accurate, MLG's. It's a flippin joke.

Guys, I know they can make accounts very easily. BUT Just go to ORIGIN, write his name and on the top right, you will see SEND FRIEND REQUEST, JUST click the arrow and you can report him. If we do this, maybe will help a little. Im doing all the time, Here in ASIA i got at least 2 cheaters per match, its just boring, and the game will die soon if this keep going like this.

its a darn shame and i think youre right, why can´t this be stopped?

i get the feeling this gets more and more common during the last 5 years in all online multiplayer games.

if i get this right, gaming industry makes hollywood look like a kindergarden coming to cashflow.

so it should be in everybodies intrest get a stop of it? even developers. so what is required to do so?

hardware bans?

allowing devs to scan your pc/console if you are suspected cheat?

i don´t know, im not so good on computers to figure out a way to stop it.

but the one who can would probably be very rich making an waterproof anti-cheat 🙂

not likely, but they make them lose money during to people abandoning the game = less ingame transactions.

and im pretty sure hackers make a good penny on their cheats,

back in cod ww2 people talked about rentable cheats for a monthly fee

that were undetectable and impossible to get banned for using.

i just find the whole a bit sad for those willing to pay to not play the game by themselfes.

and ofc ruin the expierence for everybody else.

Although my question was rhetorical, I agree with you, EA/Respawn lose money when people abandoning game. Also when people are sick of cheaters on previous games, they just wait to see before spending money.

One particularly notorious cheats provider reckons on shifting over a million downloads of their subscription cheat pack for Apex. Subscription I believe was in the region of $30 per month, guaranteed to beat Easy Anti-cheat on every update EAC makes.

If these numbers are to be believed, that company alone has already swagged $30,000,000. In a single month. Between the behaviour of the gaming industry itself, the vile market for cheats around it and the behaviour of the gaming community at large, multiplayer online gaming with a PC is absolute sewer.

My question was rhetorical, but your post don't surprise me. Very often, cheats may cost more that a paid game, so $30 per month is no surprise. Also, the cheat developer usualy inflate his download numbers, but if he says 1 milion, EA/Respawn should sue the cheat's company for more that $30 milion for the damage.caused. That would be interesting.  

Overwatch has a far better system.

One can only speculate if this is true. But still we all need to consider if we would accept a client side anti cheat that works. I remember a system called punk buster. It worked really well and was kinda like securom. The player could not change any files, since it did its own hash checks. And it was beeing updated all the time. It worked more like a Anti virus product where it could scan and monitor any suspicious activity. It was constantly updated to check all the game files and that they had correct hash, and that there was nothing suspicious running beside it etc. 

Another important think EA and all other publishers and developers have to start doing is to make several bann systems at the same time. Hardware bann + Ip ban + require phone registration and bann thta too, and account bann. etc. The point is to make it a really expenvice and a real hazzle to get back in the game. The way PUBG do it is a joke. They brag about banns, but it takes like 10 minutes to get back in on new account.

Another possible solution for some games it to use rating/trust system. Something like Fairfight wichs monitor and flag players as even suspicious (lower rating) or nothing to report (higher rating). Over time this wil result inn low rated players (the cheaters and toxic players) playing on own servers. So that all the legit players can be left alone to play for fun and challenge.

VAC anti-cheat is the best imo. The anti cheat bans all public cheats and overwatch system takes care of all paid cheats. They should have used VAC and protect their investment and future growth of the game.

Games die as long as they have rampant cheaters in them.

Games die with rampant cheaters lol pubg and fortnite are both filled with cheaters and they are the two most popular games in the world no big deal lol

not to mention that there are blatant videos of people cheating and I have yet to see them in apex yes there is cheating but y’all are blowing it way out of proportion 

Question to those who claiming that there are hackers everyhere: One which server do you play?

If PUGB would deal with cheaters better, it would be even more succesfull. It seems PUBG continues to have more and more % asian players. Odd hu?

If you cant spot them they dont exist?  Really, then you are either a cheat yourself or you have no clue how to spot one. Try spectate some more. Especially those players with constant "godlike" aim and Pshycic "guess" abilities. You might notice some preaiming and ppl "scouting" through solid rock while they run! 

you need to seriously wake up.  I am so sick of people like you making absurd statements. Cheaters are Rampant in this game... it's BAD... BAD.
