Why damn? PC vs console would not make any sense at all. Console players would stand absolutely no chance without aim assist (as clearly evidenced by the struggles of PC controller players) and allowing aim assist is simply a no-no.

But seriously, a voluntary crossplay option wouldn't exactly hurt...
