@exemplative It looks like you are supposed to be able to leave the Club via the in-game Club menu at the main menu. When I view my Club, there is a "Leave Club" button down at the bottom. If that does not show up for you, you might end up needing to contact customer support to see about getting it squared away. I have dropped a link down below, in case you need to go that route.
