Re: disruptor & Hammerpoint hop up

I've taken fights vs longbow users with the alternator using 2-4 scopes and won, lol.  Not because they were garbage but because a handful of headshots and purple armor evaporates, and its accuracy is crazy.

If you keep the dmg to shields the same then it might be worth making them do LESS dmg to health.  It'll make them situational rather than at the minute - the only problem I have if I have a fully stacked alternator is that I have to find another disruptor for my RE-45 :D
