Heirloom packs from events don't reset your current loot tick drop rates as far as i'm aware, as it isn't a standard loot tick.

The Pathfinder heirloom isn't yet in the heirloom drop table so you are fine.
If you unbox it by completing the event it will not reset as it is a bought heirloom not unboxed.At least as far as I'm aware
I have completed the Winter express event but have not receive my Heirloom pathfinder gloves! PLEASE HELP!!!!
You have to get $140 dollar out from your wallet (assuming you've and willing to), not completed the winter express.
