Re: EA Account Linking and Account Deletion
Hi i made an ea acount on apex about a year ago. i made it on my XboxOne. But a few months ago i switch to a playstation 5. So i unplugd my Xbox one and plugd in my new playstation 5.
and i downloaded apex on my new playstation 5 But when i tryed to log in with my old EA acount it just made a brand new one. and i had my logins saved on my phone and i carfully fylld in my log in details But it just made a new acount.
so i went to ea.com and unlinkt my new acount and then i started apex again on my ps5 But it still just logg in to my new acount. I unlinkt my old ea acount that i used on my xbox as well. And now i have to wait several months befor i can unlink them again. I just really want my old apex acount back. But insted i am stuck with this new acount. Can you pleas help me to regain my old apex acount (sorry for bad english)
