@SERPENT_DESCEND That's pretty cool, You've given me a thought to give the abilities rework around their set of ability would keep the game fresh.
Give All the legends a rework & just switch it up! 10 this Season, another 10 the next Season, sort of say.
If you take the Set of abilities as in your example (Revenant Rework) they can rework by mix/match or add/subtract new/old abilities as they please to keep fresh combinations.
