@Dean_WestenWere you really talking about last season? What was the map where you were playing ranked? Was it Worlds Edge or Stormpoint?

@EA_Darko Threads like this usually talk about the split not the end of the season rewards.

    Sorry, I didn't mean "Season Escape" it was still this "Defiance season", it was previous ranked season.

    @Dean_Westen Here’s the answer so that you wouldn’t have to contact support. Each season has 2 rank splits. You get your rank rewards AFTER the season ends. If you’re talking about S12 split 1 of rank (Olympus), then you’ll get your rewards on May 10, 2022 at the start of season 13. If you were diamond+ you’ll be able to use a season long dive trail and the other rewards are permanent (badges/charms).
