Can confirm. Previous to this rotation of cosmetics I was lucky enough to unlock the "base" skin for the G7 Scout and was subsequently able to purchase the "dependent" skin with the Legend currency.
yes.... i was able to buy the wraith one and I had already found the pink skin in a crate
