No, I don't think so.

The 500 counter keeps going until you got an heirloom from that. If the game assigns a heirloom to one of the packs, then it chooses one of the available heirlooms. Meaning that if you get a heirloom right now, there is a 50-50 percent chance you get the one of Wraith or the one of Bloodhound.

After the event the lifeline one will be added to this 500 pool.
