@hayhor As you said, it would be a bit OP if it were any one at any time. Instead I would say looting a deathbox to clone the card or something would at least balance it.. doesn't have to be your kill but it does dampen it a little. The other factor is that it takes up an inventory slot so that you can't just stockpile (also you consume the card thing when you use it once, so you can't just hold on to one card). I think these things balance out the ability.
I really like the "show up as different characters randomly to opponents" when in your ulti. But the risk here is having pathfinders graple with wraiths hitbox which is very OP... Or worse Gibby's shield and fortified with wraith's hitbox!. I don't think this would work practically

Thought more about it - the hitboxes would be impractical if he looks like random legends. But I definiely think the ability to store a legend or twos abiliies is cool.
Maybe his passive is that he can use the passive of any legend who's card he's cloned (i.e. in his inventory).
I'm not sure if all the passives would work, but health regen he gets from octane, holding a caustic means he can be immune to gas etc.
Late game he can be OP, early game he has no abilities really - so maybe that's one way to balance
- @RSArussian My thought was they would appear as other legends but once shot they would show the real person.
