By launching the game through Steam, you can utilize the Big Picture feature to get your Switch Pro Controller to work in any game. You may need to tweak some settings, however. I, for one, would make sure to disable the actual launching of Big Picture mode and just use the controller bindings aspect of it. I can't remember exactly what settings you need to adjust to make that work, but some tinkering in the options menu shouldn't prove too difficult.
