There are two types of cosmetics in apex: ones that return and ones that don't.
Items from a previous season battle pass or free items from events or daily treasure packs, will never return.
Items from collection events (that you can buy), can return in the future.
However, we have seen recently that items from previous battle passes may return, but are then in a different color. So no the exact skins won't return, but a coloured one may.
