@couch-cusionHowdy! Have you already purchased the Battle Pass for the current season? The bottom row of rewards, are granted through the paid (premium) Battle Pass, and the top row are rewards that you get for free, with no purchase required.
If you have already purchased the Battle Pass, you will likely need to contact customer support and open a case, to get it straightened out. You can do so by following the prompts in the link down below.
