Not an Apex thing but I really wish XBox had a 'save last game' feature instead of maxing out at 5 minutes,
I had one win yesterday that was a joy from start to finish. An initial tight skirmish, then a rotation to outside the bunker with a four-squad battle that we survived by the skin of our teeth, then a move to Overlook where an enemy Caustic dropped down to heal only to be greeted by a hail of bullets, then some clever positioning by yours truly to sneak behind a healing Wattson to kill her (and then ...ahem ... get knocked by Rev but I got ressed yey!), then a battle atop Overlook and a final 3v1 for the win! A random squad of good players who worked together and stayed together for victory. 16 squad kills and nearly 4.5k damage. Man, I could watch that again and again!
- 1) Caustic nerf means nothing for aggressive caustics!
2 + 3) good team for the win... my aim is dog doodoo tho... XD
4) I needed 13 or 30 points to get into plat... then I get a string of teammates like this... eventually I got -90 points or something before clip 5) happened. Here I just needed a few points but still got bummed that my teammates died there, but oh well, got into plat there so all good... but how did they get that jump wrong XD. I even did the risky ledge hop, while knowing that to my left a kraber dude who was seriously good was aiming at us for most of the time and got some good shots off... https://www.kapwing.com/videos/60509024ceaa19006f6cd5c9 - 1) What basically every match feels like happens XD
2 + 3) me, @hayhor & our clubmate doing what we do best... letting our clubmate get all the damage or killz while I'm looking like a bot and hayhor looking at least contributable to the team XD Last one was my skeetshooting effort of hayhor's clip several comments earlier
