@hayhor Yeah whenever I'm not playing Revenant I hate it when Octane mains spam their Stim and it's so aggravating.

Did you even read the Octane changes? The spammers will benefit from it actually because stim will take away less HP out of the fight. People who play him correctly by using stim in fights to make agressive plays will suffer from the change because he will take more damage while stim is active.-
There was absolutely no need for this change, I've heard nobody saying "Octanes stim is OP". He has a relatively big hitbox, his upper body movement while strafing is basically static so he isn't hard to hit, he already does self damage if he uses stim during the fight + he get's the annoying FOV change while using it, the same thing Bloodhound got removed from his Ultimate.
I really hope they don't ruin Octane with these changes...
